Release Form
Westcoast Sports Academy Ltd., operating as Westcoast Softball, requires participants to sign a Release. The purpose of the Release is to protect Westcoast Softball. The Release also serves to make both the athlete and her parents acknowledge that injuries and accidents do sometimes occur. The required form of the Release is set out below.
