Westcoast Softball Academy
Fall 2007 / Spring 2008 Training Program
Gold 6 Month Program
Training on both Monday 7:30-9:30pm and
Thursday 7:30pm - 9:30pm each week
*** 22 Spots Available ***
16 hours per month of training includes:
• technical training with video analysis
• core conditioning and strength training
• mental training
• guest coaches
• recruiting seminars
• tutoring to assist current academic needs and SAT preparation
• priority registration for Westcoast Selects travel ball
Cost: $250 per month
Please note that admission to the Gold Program is by selection based on
assessment by Westcoast staff. The Gold Program is designed to assist
athletes to progress to Collegiate standards. Athletes must be attending
secondary school in grades 10 - 12.
Silver 7 Month Program
Training on both Monday 5:30-7:30pm and
Thursday 5:30-7:30pm each week
*** 22 Spots Available ***
16 hours per month of training includes:
* technical training with video analysis
* core conditioning and strength training
* mental training
* guest coaches
* priority registration for Westcoast Selects travel ball
Cost: $250 per month.
Please note that admission to the Silver Program is by selection based on assessment by Westcoast staff. The Silver Program us designed to increase the athletes skills and prepare them for advancement to the Gold Program and Provincial programs. Athletes must be attending secondary school in grades 8 or 9.
Bronze 6 Month Program
*** 90 Spots Available ***
8 hours per month of training includes:
• technical training for hitting, pitching, fielding and throwing
• video analysis
• opportunity for travel ball
The Bronze Program is based on the Westcoast training program that has successfully trained athletes for over nine years. All levels of athletes are welcome and registration is based on a first come first serve basis.
Cost is $160 per month.
