On-Line Registration for Cloverdale and Sylvan Lake Summer Camps 2012

Complete this form to register for Summer Camp. All information will be kept in confidence and email addresses collected will only be used for communication between ourselves and our clients.

Once you have completed your registration and pressed the "SEND" button, you will be instructed how to send your payment.

CLOVERDALE, BC CAMP AUG 14TH - 17TH - please select the 'Salmon Arm' button when registering for this camp

COST:

Early registration: before July 15th $375 (includes HST)

Late registration: $400 (includes HST) after July 15th

 

Meal program: includes snacks, lunch and drink.  Catered by Moreno's Marketplace and Deli.

Please send in a currently dated non-refundable deposit cheque for $150 and a post dated cheque, July 15th, 2012, for the balance of $225.  You may include your optional lunch program in the balance amount ($275 with lunch).

SYLVAN LAKE, AB CAMP AUG. 20th-23rd - please select the 'Sylvan Lake' button when registering for selected camp.

COST:

Early registration: $400 before July 15th

Late registration: $425 after July 15th

Please send in a currently dated non-refundable deposit cheque for $150 and a post dated cheque, July 15th, 2012, for the balance of $250.  You may include your optional lunch program in the balance amount ($300 with lunch).
